Oh that's worthy of a show for sure! You don't want to keep that sort of thing from the world.

There is a good down hill section once I turn onto Alabama down to KA Park. At the bottom of the hill Laura and I usually walk for a little bit soaking in the scenery/lake etc. It's a pretty area. BTW the white bridge is just after mile two over Howell Creek. One day while running this course I ran over to the Isle of Sicily. I ended up running into and having a quick chat with Carrot Top who lives out there. Doc Rivers and Nick Faldo also live on that road leading to Isle of Sicily. Swanky area.

Can it be purchased along the White Bridge Loop? Is that why you have forsaken all but the White Bridge Loop?

There is a nice loop. There are two ways to do it. The scenic way is white bridge. I'll map it. For some reason I have been craving cranberry juice lately. When I was typing that I thought I'd let everyone know.

Nice easy run to stretch the legs. Very windy. The pure drift felt great and the scenery along the canal is coming along nicely with the fall colors.

How did I feel? Hot. I can't begin to explain the looping loopiness of this two lap course. Only 1 timing mat and that was at the start/finish. There were many places where we ran to the end o... read more

  9. Chelmsford Marathon in the morning. 60/40 road/trail. Two laps. Really looking forward to it.

  10. I just signed up for marathons 11 and 12 for 2014. I'll finish the year at 33 completed. Man, it's a long way to 100.

This is so impressive......the dedication, time and effort! NYC should be a spectacular venue for a great race....are you looking to PR? The crowds may be tough in the first 10 miles.

I want to break 3:49. Between now and then I will not eat anything except flavoured dust. With the right temp I can hold 8:30 for the 26.2. Heat really gets me. IF I'm not feeling it I will soak in the atmosphere and get around.

Oh I've also, learned to get i to the fastest pen I possibly can in the big city races. I put 3:29 as my finish time so I should be able to get in with the so-called 3 hour starters.
