    slow run with the Sunday group

      Sometimes a nice slow group run is just what the body asked for. I do a slow group ride every Sunday. I used to get frustrated about the pace and waiting in spots but now I'm used to it and rather enjoy taking my time. Nice way to start Sunday Richard!

      Yes Kelly I was a little frustrated at the slow pace to start and the waiting but it was a good run overall and nice to chat whilst running :)
