    Another early (4.30am start) ride up the coast. Nice as it was a bit cooler and not much traffic about.

    another short run TFL is still a bit tight. Ran with another injured runner who is recovering from sciatica so we went short and slow.

      Good to hear the TFL is getting better. Injuries suck so much ... I am still scared enough to not dare to miss the myrtle routine after runs (at least a few times a week)

    first run for a while physio cleared me to do a couple of km's to see how the TFL felt and whilst it felt tight it was ok. Will do short runs on alternate days to see how it goes.

      thanks Kelly I have been on the bike for a while now due to a torn TFL. Will have to take it easy on the running for a while as its still not quite right. At least my bikes are getting some use now.

    nice ride up the coast, met a 74 year old guy on a nice new Trek who pulled away from me and left me in his wake!

    Nice ride up the coast to Noosa Heads and back, bit windy and hot by the time we finished. Physio is pleased with my TFL and says I may be able to start running again in another week or so :)

    Happy New Year! Very humid and still this morning made for a sweaty New Years Day ride.
