      there was a girl who did the entire thing (lots of cardio, my pony tail got sweat drenched) in one of those puffy trucker's hats...

      It was supposed to be kick-box-y but the only thing that is sore are my hips flexors (which I do NOT need). No warm up, despite throwing "punches" and no stretching more than ~5 seconds per stretch -yes, I looked at the second hand of the clock during the stretches, and they were less than 5 seconds. Bad teacher. Not going back.
