    I got in a few extra miles before enjoying a cold one at the White Street Brewery Run last night.

    I did 12 X 400's during my run this morning.

    I did some long hill repeats during my run this morning- many of them were against the wind from the hurricane. I got in over 1,000 feet of elevation.

    I got in a ten miler this morning while some of the outer bands were blowing through. Fun times!

    I did the first 8 miles at MP pace, then I did some slower miles followed by a faster-paced last mile. It was a good run overall.

    This was all about the elevation and not about pace- long and steep hill repeats.
