    Actually only got to do around 170km, the police turned me onto another route to avoid a weather-caused disaster. Enough for me anyway, I wasn't enjoying 5 degrees and horizontal rain...

    Great ride, nice to wheel-suck behind the big units. Wind on back was much nicer than head on. Beautiful countryside in early spring. Cheers to LCW!

    Actually "bonked" near top of Mollendruz. Must remember to eat breakfast before joining Duncan and Paul again! Around 1250m vertical. Fabulous Swiss day for early April

      2 good cols Phil. Marchairuz will be the last climb in the Tour de Romandie on May 1st. I may catch a beer at the top (again) to watch.

    Pushed pretty hard, hit max HR a few times...felt jelly legs at end and glad to keep water down. Starting season behind the norm, will need to improve!
