    breast stroke all the way to prepare for my first TRI in july.. Never thot I could do it non stop and my gf Eliyah was such a motivating figure today..I felt great!!

    My first run after so long. Last I did was on Tuesday. Happy to run with my sis again.. And my toes felt fine with my other newer K-ona. Now I can finally sleep in peace knowing that I ran.:))

    It's tough when your heart says run but your body says NO.. My left foot toes were so sore while I was running and that made it worse! End result was a very bleargh-ful one...

      Yo!, 27.8kph just means a little over 2 minutes/km pace, I try to maintain 1:55 minutes per km, so how far you think the time is away from mine for 18K, not much right? Anyway, for your cycling, you are ranked 28 out of 87 ladies.. How awesome is that! As for me, I'm 100 out of 267 guys, there are just too many guys faster than me.. LOL But out of 852 people, I'm ranked 279, and I'm proud of that.
