    I should probably have more of a structured workout plan for my half marathon next month instead of soccer games! At least I got out there and ran a little.

    Played about an hour of Soccer! It felt great, not only did we win...I got a good sweat in and numerous sprints!

    I'm happy with this since it was workout #2 after my swim. I had about a 15min break in between the swim and the run.
