  1. Sunday I ran/walked 5 miles with two girl friends. Not sure about my pace since the Garmin did not work for me :(. 5 days til the 5K.

      January 12th. The day before the Houston Marathon. It should be fun running with about 2,000 runners. I've enlisted a friend to run with me.

    Short run, ankle was hurting, probably due to the street angle. I need to go to the running trail next time.

      Good job. I always have the same issue because both the street and the sidewalk have a camber that puts strain on my lower legs. Everything's good when I get to the running path though.
