alright New Path loop. 9.11 mi 01:21 08:53 pace

Did a new loop using the new path connecting the Pantano to Rillito washes. Legs tired and weak. Guess that I overdid it last week, as always, trying to recover too quickly from the marathon. Then took Maddie and Blizzard for a couple miles in the wash. They're annoying to run with- but they sure had fun.

    I've learned my lesson - I don't like myself for 3 weeks after a marathon. You were right. A marathon is 3 times the distance of a Half.
