      If need a reminder I am here. If you eat a large meal you need to wait two hours before you run for your hearts sake as I have heard.

      christine I waited about an hour and felt fine through the bike ride. When I got back my right calf was a little tight, so I hit the treadmill. nd that's when I hit the wall. So, lesson learned and will not be repeated:)

    HOLY CROW!!!!! I pulled a MILE in UNDER 18mins (first time ever! 16.48) I was so proud of myself that I finished my 20mins with walking:)

      It's called Electric Miles, I use it sometime on my iphone, I'm sure there's android app.
