    C25k 3.5 mph felt easy, started slow, 30 lbs to lose before October! maybe will pick up the pace next time.

    my back is sore from all the stone lifting yesterday. Went for a nice walk around the neighborhood but still chilly and windy! Cmon Spring!

    Walked at least two and a half miles, probably more, kinda lost count. Then moved stones with a wheelbarrow and built a decorative wall around my pool.

      Yeah! I felt like I was on World's Strongest Man lifting those stones like flipping tractor tires LOL. It looks pretty cool and earthy, still need to hose the soil dust off the stones. They came from my front yard that was dug up for the new fence to be built. But they were such cool looking stones, I wanted to use them for landscaping so I built a wall around the pool. Looks awesome!

    Walked at least a mile yesterday in Central Park then toured the Metropolitan Museum of Art which is HUGE!
