    It shouldn't suck at 3 miles but it does. Coming off a minor injury sucks! Plus Ironman made my body miserable. I'm so much happier just running!

      I feel like everything post Ironman and the two marathons is difficult. I am definitely ready for a winter of running and cross training back to where it's fun to run 4 miles again!!

    Now a consistent 9:30 pace seems normal again. Need to get back to 9 feeling like that but slowly I'll get there. Still dealing with the cold but hopefully by the weekend that ends.

      Awe thanks! Feeling great. I went to a HIIT class on Sunday and restorative yoga and Monday I was back to normal! I saw you kicking butt!!

    Not too bad for only training up to 8 miles. Glad to get the first one of the year in under 2:10. Now the goal is to do the spring half at 2:05 or under!!
