    Lots of hills, but I finished better than I expected.

    Had a blast running with my buddy Donny today. :) Wanted to do 5 miles but it was sooooo freaking humid!

    Gorgeous scenery....left foot went numb. Had to stop a lot for water...much hotter and more humid today.
    Gravel trail is harder on the legs but overall I loved it!!!

    Still had a little calf pain, but not too terrible. I hate the treadmill, but I did it. GO ME!

    Head wasn't really into it until the end. Had to go to the bathroom 1 mile in and had to stop and walk to fight the urge. LOL
