    I usually don't go to the pool in the evenings because I assumed it was crowded, but to my surprise the only thing that was crowded was the hot tub. Pool to myself. score

    Did another 2 mile continuous run test. Knocked 21 seconds off my original time. Warmed up for 2.25 miles, mile 1 = 7:44, mile 2 = 7:36, Cool down 2.25 miles.

    Was going to skip the trainer tonight due to sore leggies, but decided to do it in the end. Felt good, legs still pushed pretty well on 3x5 min loooonnnnngggg intervals.
