I was afraid you were getting sick. How you feeling today? Give me a call before Monday so we can decide about ISU. Remember we have a plenty of season ahead of us so we don't want to do anything silly now.

Be sure to stretch out your hip flexors a bunch. Mine get so tight from running inside since it's so tight.

Keep thinking about that form during practice. It's the little things that make a big difference.

You mile was GREAT plus this season is going to progress much better than last year. It will be a lot more fun to start out with a little slower mile time but get faster rather than to start with a fast mile and then be hurt all you. I have confidence that you have the tools to make this the best season yet!
