2012 running goals, first, to run and finish my first ultramarathon(done) on 2/25, a 50k,:). Sub 20minute 5k, sub 1:40(done) half m. sub 3:40 full M.( I did it!

    Me and another runner paced the OKC Marathon today, we paced the 4:10 group. It was hot, humid and windy. But we nailed our goal time, coming in just under 4:10.
