      Hi Marlon, feel better. I got in 65 miles last week but it I thought that it hurt my ff5 time but I needed to get in a lot of miles before cowtown half. I ran 10 on Friday at LH and ran well. I stayed around 11:00 min mile pace which was good for me. I usually run by myself in 12:00 pace so I am happy. I hope that you get to feeling better bc I felt sick back in December and I felt like I never got fully recovered.

      have a great weekend of running Marlon, I am running long and slow on Saturday but in a two mile loop by my car at the park in case I feel sick and then I can call it quits, expecting maybe snow, very cold weather coming into town
