2012 running goals, first, to run and finish my first ultramarathon(done) on 2/25, a 50k,:). Sub 20minute 5k, sub 1:40(done) half m. sub 3:40 full M.( I did it!

    7 miles on the track, 5 at somewhat tempo pace(7:54). Overall a good run, Tucson marathon in 5 days. 22 pushups afterwards as well.

    This was my early Saturday morning run in the rain, it was dark and wet. 22 pushups afterwards. Sundays run was 17 miles.
