2012 running goals, first, to run and finish my first ultramarathon(done) on 2/25, a 50k,:). Sub 20minute 5k, sub 1:40(done) half m. sub 3:40 full M.( I did it!

    Just took it easy, very humid out after all that rain yesterday. But trails were nice & soft, so this was a good run. Hamstring held up pretty good. 4 days!! :D.

      Staci, it tighten up on me last Saturday at the Amarillo marathon, I dropped at the half, :(. But I've only run twice since, this was a good run this evening. But I'm sure it'll be ok in Boston, no racing there, running for fun! :).

    Tempo run, 6 miles, 48:31 (8:05 pace). WU mile and a CD mile for a total of 8 miles. Hot, 80 degrees and humid, bleh.

    good Sutton Wilderness trail run 15 mi 02:21 09:25 pace

    Got in another 15 miler, but this time on the trails. Cool start, but warmed up after a few miles. But didn't push it too hard. Overall a good training run. Amarillo Marathon in 13 days.

    Just needed some miles, so did one loop around the lake. Not too hot yet, but it did warmed up. Overall a good workout.
