2012 running goals, first, to run and finish my first ultramarathon(done) on 2/25, a 50k,:). Sub 20minute 5k, sub 1:40(done) half m. sub 3:40 full M.( I did it!

    Got in a good 10 miler at lake draper this evening. I kind of like daylight savings time, it gives me more time to rest up after work now. Overall, I'm satisfied with how this went.
