      That's good. BTW-do you receive "Texas Runner and Triathlete" magazine? There is a good article in the current issue by Bob Hoekman, M.D., on Achilles tendon issues.

      Aqua jogging after long runs and Hot Yoga have really helped my achillies, tight muscles issues. Hope you are back to you super self soon Mark!

      Thanks, guys! By the way, at Luke's recently I met a professional woman runner who previously had Achilles' tendon issues. She is convinced the way to avoid the problem is to eccentricly stretch both Achilles regularly. When the problem first begins to reduce mileage also, while wearing a night splint to prevent the calf from contracting overnight (which is why the Achilles is otherwise sorest in the morning). Laura - I will try aqua jogging too!
