      I drove through Newburyport on my way back to Boston in that terrible weather Sunday. Had I had your cell I would have forced you to have a beer with me. Sorry I haven't commented much--I mean at all--lately but just damn. Commenting or not, you always have my deepest respect and continued amazement at what you do. Nobody kicks ass like you do. Just so glad to see you making the most of it and having the fun you do.

    Mehhh. Speed work got moved due to weather and life shenanigans. Instead Sean accompanied me on a lovely run in a torrential downpour hahah. Love.

    Picked up the boyfriend for some easy miles (he just rode his bike across the usa for Raam) and his tiny legs are very tired :) Dropped him off and finished with some strides. Lets Go USA ladies!!!!

    Super nice today after yesterdays wash out. Low humidity and cooler out. Hit the trails at Weir Hill for a bit and really just enjoyed NOT being on the treadmill haha. Great start to the week.

      Seriously. You managed that pace with crazy treadmill hills? (I don't think I've found a treadmill at a gym that does more than 15%. Sad thing is that I've looked)

    My mom and sis are up for a few days, so last minute I took a half day to hit the beach with them. Ran a quick 5 before I left work and another 5 with my sis after the beach..pretty much perfection!
