      C-section nerves are apparently trying to reconnect. Scar area is tingling oddly. This is the first time I've done real situps in a while, but I know all the planks and yoga have helped strengthen my abs to be able to actually do the situps. One day at a time...

      I do them at home. I can't afford paying for one of the boxes here and the free CF on base has horrible hours. There's plenty of Crossfit at Home sites and many use no equipment. One day I'll get to the equipment level.

      Found out the actual distance. That .2 miles more made a huge difference in my pace. And in a GREAT way!! I feel much more motivated now.
