Stopped posting on DM due to injury at the end of 2011 ... WOW time flies. Trained for and finished a 1/2 last October to prove to myself I was all healed up. Now working on getting back into the consistency groove. Back at it: bike 8 mi round trip to gym, back/shoulders weight routine, 3 mi run on 'mill ... feels good to be back!!! WHOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
