After the first 1000 I started to sorta feel human again . 1000 free , 4x100 swim kick pull swim , 2x100 pull @base , 2x50 pull @base , 2x100 Pull @base , 300 free @ base , 2x150 @ base , 3x100 @base , 2x150 @ base , 300 ALL YOU GOT - holy fuk :) 100 CD - I nailed my intervals today - makes me happy . Choc milk and a shower - woohoo !! ITS FREAKIN FRIDAY Y'ALL !!
