good Monday Masters 3800 m 01:17 32:36 pace

Volume day on Monday - the 5:45 am Masters is way more mellow then the noon . Sleep swimming this am . 200 wu on own - 3x200 pull w paddles - Main Set 3xs thru : 100 , 200 , 300 , 400 - bagged a cool down . A bit looser but Im worked - Ive strained my left ass muscle yesterday . Maybe a lil ride later - gonna go get an ass rubbin at 8:30 am - bwahahahah from a professional :) Have an amazing day you DMers !!
