      they slice those shows together, so you don't get to see the stage assistants powder their noses and dust them with a towel. i dont watch, but i love the reading/seeing all about everyone once each season is over! =)

      It cracked me up, that this new trainer was a great boxer, and was #1 woman fighter. But on the show she is all dolled up with her hair done, etc. Just made me laugh. What kind of positive influence is that if she has to have every hair in place and makeup done!? She has to sweat to burn it....

      Thanks Mur. They actually have Kettle Bell Workouts at my gym, but this is a dvd set with kettlebells. It;s called KettleWorx - you should totally google it. It is incredible! Soreness and all! I have never been so excited about a workout that worked me so hard - just 3 20 min. workouts 3 times/wk minimum. :)

  11. I have been soooooo sore after my workouts yesterday, namely:kettle bell. Can barely walk without wincing. Taking the day off, with hopes it will be better tomorrow.....

      Thanks everyone! @Erica - Equinox has classes, but I got the KettleWorx program and do it from home with the Kettlebell and DVD's.
