    Legs felt pretty good, stride is getting better and more comfortable. Mickey treated us to two squirrel sprints. Way too humid for Mickey, so we stopped at 1.5 miles.

    Legs were very tight after yesterday's time in the gym, fortunately Mickey was all about stopping to sniff and not much into sprinting. Called it good as soon as he was too hot to run anymore.
