2 mile warm up 9:14 pace and then 5x1 mile 8 min pace ... trying to work my pace back up after taking a lot of time off this fall from injury. In between each mile I did a quarter mile jog around a 9:45 pace... then I did a 2 mile cool down at 9 min pace
