  1. RUN
    good 4.01 mi 00:45 11:10 pace

This was the first time I've timed a run since May. I was shocked that it had been that long and so relieved that I haven't lost much on my time. I think with a few weeks of consistent ru... read more

  2. RUN
    good 4 mi 00:48 12:00 pace

It was COLD, but it felt good to do a 4 mi run with NO stops -- no water stops, no walk breaks. There was a time when that would not have been noteworthy, but these days it's worth saying. Can... read more

  3. RUN
    good 3 mi 00:38 12:39 pace

Trying to get back into the swing of things -- both regular running AND logging my miles.

  4. RUN
    great 3.44 mi 00:36 10:21 pace

Great run! Sixty degrees, overcast, well-rested. Loved it!

  5. RUN
    good 3.27 mi 00:38 11:28 pace

    Good recovery run.

  6. RUN
    great 10 mi 01:49 10:56 pace

There's nothing like a beautiful, perfect-running-weather day and beating your time goal to start a day off right.

  7. RUN
    good 8 mi 01:26 10:46 pace

Felt a bit tired today, but it felt great to get in my first longer-than-six mile run since the half. I was quite pleased with my time, too, especially since I felt like I was running too slow most... read more

Thanks! Me either. Funny thing. I had figured that an 11 minute mile would put me finishing in 1:28. As I was doing mile 7 or so (and feeling tired), I thought to myself, "I'll be happy with anything 1:30 or under."

Then, I almost laughed out loud as I thought, "No, I won't! I'll be happy with anything 1:28 or under." LOL I know myself better than to listen to that little voice that tries to cut me a little slack.

  8. RUN
    tired 6.1 mi 01:03 10:23 pace

Well, I'm not sure that I could push myself the last six miles of a full marathon, but I did learn today that I can push myself for the last four of a training run, 'cause I really wanted... read more

  9. RUN
    great 6.05 mi 01:02 10:13 pace

My second 10K. I blew my first 10K time out of the water...and *almost* made by goal of breaking an hour for the distance. Oh, *and* I came in 3rd in my age/gender group!

  10. RUN
    great 5 mi 00:51 10:06 pace

Ran my first 8K with my fastest pace time ever! So excited!
