    Couple ball of foot blisters from about 1km of barefoot - must be pushing off, need to lift feet. Left knee was tiny bit achy front and centre but very slight/mild and no probs.

      Nice, I can't wait for the snow to melt :) Barefoot running un quebec is tough in the winter

    Nice run, wet but good. Calves tired but better than last time. Some heat in left knee couple hours later. Zems pretty much worn out now...
