      Hang in there Kacie. Don't dwell on one run. Some days just stink. Try to see what you can change ( did you carb load for 1-2 days before the run? was it mental? did you stop and stretch? Did you just miss all of your purple clad Team?) Hope to see you soon.

      Thanks Matt!! I think it was a combination of a few of those! I think it was mostly mental and I didn't have my purple clad Team to distract me :-( Luckily I will not miss anymore with you guys!!
