    Capitol City Greenway 5 mi 00:50 10:00 pace

    Early morning run on the greenway behind my condo... it was great. After a warmup, did 2 minute sprints, 2 minute light jogging. And had several deer spottings along the run...always a highlight!

    good Fitness Connection 1700 yd

    Did a half mile swim to let me knee rest. Was a nice switch up. Did pilates afterwards. Awesome instructor...really challenging.

      Boo on knee pain! I hope it feels better soon! Pilates and swimming will definitely help.

    Five mile tempo run with the Tir-a-nog running group. Loved trying out a new area to run. WIll definitely go again. Loving my new shoes... Brooks pure flow

    Great race!! Perfect way to kick off Thanksgiving. Loved seeing the pretty fall leaves along the route. Felt strong...the hills were tough but a good challenge.
