      Yeah running round an round these tracks for 40 miles ye'd need something to help you. I just cudnt do it...I ran round the gaints ring (my running track provided by an ancient people) an after about 5 x 500 Mtr laps I start getting dusorientated...you're a tough runner...for sure..

      Thanks Aidan, yes three more: Sweltering Summer Timed-Ultra 8 hours of running in circles on a 0.35 mile cinder/dirt loop around a park in August; Hancock Shaker Village 50M in September; and the Javelina Jundred 100M in November. I want to try break 24 hours for 100 miles... I am glad for the break now -short races here and there.

      Aidan -there is a bumper crop of ticks this year the dogs bring them in constantly, I can mail you however many you want to enhance your running :-). Stacy I gave it a new space -cue toilet flushing sound.

      Aidan-Isn't it cute, I moved it off the trail in the direction it was headed,hopefully it makes it down to the stream. Jan-I felt that slow today on the return leg when the light mist turned into a down pour :-(, but it cleared up a bit so I could get my numbers :-).

      I had that about a year ago and i cud hardly walk.took a while to clear up...kept coming back..glad the treatment worked for you...
