    Whew!!!! I've only done this distance a few time in my life. Slow and steady. Mix of drills and 200's. Coach also had me do "deck ups" between speed sets. Ouch!

    Great cross training class. Mountain climbers, jump swats, plank jump, kettle bell for shoulders and abs. Whew. I missed this class!!! Hope to make it 2x's a week.

      oh my gosh..I am still sore from mine yesterday. I went with Catherine and she must be secretly training to be a master yogi cuz she could do all this super hard crap and I could barely hold downward dog...stupid stupid stupid...
