    The heavy weights were messing up my form. Sized down on a couple exercises. I'll have to work on that. Happy it's over with;)

    I shouldn't say boo but yoga just makes me cringe at my inflexibility. However, it went well and I didn't dread the entire ordeal so I feel good about this.

    abs we're a little sketchy but shoulders and arms were solid.
