    Paced a friend in her VT100 attempt and got her 1st place into the medical tent as she had to drop out at mile 45. Bummer...she was 4th place female at the time and probably 1st in her age group.

    HF Track. Legs were too flat feeling to do my 2 mile repeats, so I did 32x100 meter repeats with a warm up and cool down for some faster turnover without a lot of stress buildup.
