    Not sure if that was a recovery run or punishment...there's a fine line sometimes. 7:10 pace...legs felt fine.

      Naw, i was there and i had the time so i took it. Ran from GF down into Fort Edward and back on the trail. Quiet and scenic for the most part.

    1 mile w/u with Lou. 10k race @6:36 pace. 5k race @6:38 pace. 1+mile c/d with Timinator. 3rd overall and 1st in age group in both races. Good socializing with my local running friends.

    Pounding Pavement. I wanted to turn arou d a 2 miles, but kept going and felt better around 3.5 miles. Its done...cant say it was all enjoyable...but its done.

    A nice fall morning on the NY/VT Border. A little twinge in my right calf but pretty much the best my legs have felt in 3-4 weeks. Disnt push the distance to keep things that way.

      Thanks. Calf could be better...could. be worse. I'll try to run every other day as the 12 hour work days begin tomorrow for the next 7-10 days...then back to 8's after that. Hopefully...

    Easy Test Run for the right calf. Easy 8 minute pace on the way out...a little faster on the way back. Hung the Little Babies up after about 1,000 miles out of them since mid April.
