    Cycled my 15km running route this morning. Lots of ups and downs and twists and turns made for a good workout. Leg feeling good.

    Continuing with the "doctor's orders" rides. Got out of bed today with no pain or stiffness in my leg. That was a first for this year.

    Another tester run for the leg. Not as stiff as yesterday, but a little sore. Overall it is feeling better and that is good.

    The left upper leg injury I got from gardening a few weeks ago was suddenly back this morning. Had to settle for a short run :(
