      It is a bummer - hang in there Johann. I've had my share of back issues - take care. Rest, rehab and time are the best medicine. How about walking or swimming?

    Continuing with the "doctor's orders" rides. Got out of bed today with no pain or stiffness in my leg. That was a first for this year.
