      yikes! hope they are all healed because I have a feeling we are gonna have gymnastics again. i've been taking good care of these paws so knock on wood, they haven't ripped in quite some time.

      Thanks mang. Yes, officially involved. I think I'll end up in the top 5% for this WOD but there are still 8000 participants in my region that need to submit their scores. :/ I think I could squeeze out another 10-15 reps if I run flawlessly on dubs and am more efficient with my transitions. I'll wait and see tomorrow afternoon if it is worth it....

      Comparing my time to other's no. :p But it was probably a really bad idea for me to do as much snatch as I did before hand, plus I was busy working all day around the house and outside. Soooooooo. I think I definitely have a sub-30 in that, and that thought makes me optimistic that I am more prepared than I think. :)

      good work Joey. that WOD was so ridiculous I came home and ate like 10 pounds of sugar after just to feel somewhat normal after. this also makes me so happy to know we get a de-load week next week!

      Hahhaha. I actually didn't have a problem with the burpees, I have a sever flexibility issue. Can't keep a hook grip while getting through hang power cleans.

      Improved by 7 reps. Without the split jerk ahead of it I think I had a few more mups. I did three in a row and then one at expiration. And I think If I had a real wall ball , wall balls would be much better.
