      Thanks, Vickie ... despite the butt whooping, having Anya run with me was a lot of fun, and that helps me to keep it going ... And, Bob, you're our only hope of getting someone that can keep up with Anya ... some day we'll have to see what she can do running with you :-)

      Thanks!! it was good ... last time she tried to run the hills with me I had to stop to walk with her ... she was soooo held back my me this time - definitely Gina's daughter :-) ... at least it wasn't "negative" out, don't know how I'd handle that ... keep it up!

      Just remembered after reading Gina's post ... apparently she wasn't satisfied with spooking Gina, at the SAME house, Crazy Ass Deer came out to cheer me on and watch me go by ... fortunately, she was in the streetlight so I could see her as I came up so I wasn't as spooked ... hand claps had not effect (running gloves kind of kill the effect of the clap), but one yell of "Hey there deer!" sent her scurrying ... guess she wasn't interested in conversation ... We'll have to see if this becomes an ongoing th
