    good PAAC and Sportsplex 5k Run 3.1 mi

    Looped ut of the PAAC, up Dam Neck, thru to the Sportsplex loop, behind the Fieldhouse then back by Sportsplex loop to the PAAC and my bike, Double dgit effort with the bike ride. On to Wednesday!

    Rode to drop something at school for my son then, rode to PAAC and went for a run then, back on bike home.

    Used my son's Garmin I gave him. First 1/4 was alerting me I was behind pace. Rest of the way it was On pace or at times ahead of pace. A good Tuesday start. Let's see how this goes...

    Speed and Hills for the crew...and they loved it. Shorter time with park closing sooner but, the kids were great with workout. Proud of their work. Tuesday finally was done.

    Son had 11am game and needed to be there by 10:15,, meaning my 8 mile run would be just six. No issues with the cooler temps. Been a decent recovery week. Now, back to the grind.

    Had enough time to get relays and a timed 1/2 with the crew before I had to leave for a corporate event. They were all standouts- 3:05 - 3:55. And they all looked strong!

    Before rocking the crowd as I DJ'd on the course, I got a mile in. High Fived almost everyone there. Even got in a selfie with one group! Lots of Hand Sanitizer was used after. On to Sunday!
