    It was supposed to be a 10K but my GPS says it was 6.47 miles so maybe I was even faster. I feel alright about it, but am proud I finished since I haven't run distance in about four months.

    We found a 1-rep max for dead lifts at 80kg. I'm starting to feel a little disheartened with my training because I feel like everyone is improving more than I am. Boo.

    Nothing extraordinary, but a nice day on the beach. I didn't drop anything and caught a few points, so all in all, not a bad day.

    I am so close to this damn pull-up! We also did headstands, 50lb dumbbell bench presses, wall climbs, planks, bicycle crunches, step-ups, push-ups and V-ups.

    I played three games so was a great workout but I didn't do anything too spectacular. Felt solid, but not amazing. Tweaked my bad knee on a catch, so let's hope that's not a big deal.
