CrossFit: Noodling around 01:00

Pulled a muscle in my lower back a couple of days ago, so wasn't going to take part in this morning's 1RM Snatch WOD. Instead I did 15 wall balls (9kg) EMOM for 5 minutes,noodled around with some weighted pullups and pushups and finishd with a 1500m time trial on the C2 rower (5:20.4).
