CrossFit: Hero WOD 'Rankel" 01:00

Hero WOD 'Rankel': Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

6 Deadlifts 100kg
7 Burpee pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings, 32kg
Run 200 meters

Completed 5 rounds with 6 deadlifts and 7 burpee pullups in round 6.

This was a tough WOD and I was completely spent at the end of it. I was stoked though to have Rx'd this one, particulalrly going with the full 2 pood/32kg kettlebell. That thing's a monster! I think I've earned a rest day tomorrow.
