CrossFit: Snatches, snatches and snatches 01:00

Squat snatch progressions

3 reps per progression until load maxed out,3 sec hold at the bottom each rep.

Start with bar, continue loading bar until max effort for position.

Then move to next progression and continue adding load.

Snatch from the pocket 35kg
Snatch from the hang 35kg
Snatch from the floor 35kg


5 min AMRAP

3 snatches
6 push ups
9 air squats

    Nice job, Jaydub. Never have mastered the snatch. Maybe a good winter project.

    @Dustin, It's taken me two years to get to the point where I'm beginning to lift correctly this way, and 35kg isn't too heavy a load. You might need a little longer than the winter to nail this one!
