    It was a little strange to get off of the bike and lift weights but it was a good work out.

      biceps and lats are sore! I haven't lifted a weight in over 2 years! F'n triathlon!

      Hey, you know my Chiro just told me that after a long workout, more than 2 hours, she wants me to do lots of squats/leg work. She said the weight training after the endurance workout will lessen the amount of cortisol your body releases.
