      True! Although sometimes a good cappucino is soothing for the soul. :) I always feel more alert after my lunch workout.

      Nice!!! Any good stretches to recommend after a run? I didn't stretch properly, and my left calf is still tight after two days.

      Yes. I have some really great stretches to show you. Also, I have some stretches and stabilizing exercises to show you for your back. Keep the treadmill off an incline for a while... I'll hook you up this weekend :-)
