    But I did like being one almost alone in the pool

    Run after bike. actually welt good. could run with 6 min per km (i would even say 5.50 but didn't push it). I wish I would run 3 km in 18 min during the competition. huuuh

      Da ja b ewio bystree...esli by pered etim ne bylo 30 km na velosipede :D V proshlom godu ne tochto bezhat, ja idti nemogla, u menia nogi podkashivalis!! chtoby dobratsia do finisha, ja bokom prygala, kak na razminke na fizre :D

      A u menia seichas naoborot, Kogda malo trenirujus vremia tak sebe. Kogda begaju po dva raza v den ili bolshe chem poltora chasa - kazhetsia chto ustavshaja i sil net, a vremia shikarnoe pokazyvaju. Interesnenko eto vse :)
