    Impromptu change to the route...went up Manor Hill. My body struggles recovering from a peak intensity...there's no better way to improve my bodies recovery than to train it to do so!

    Getting closer and closer to Eugene! Took the first 4 nice and easy, and pushed the last two {8:55, up the "hill" slight incline that mentally kills me every time, and 8:36}! Legs feel good!

    Joined a new group run, fun group! They're definitely more advanced rides...but that's how you get better, right!? I surprised myself on the hills tonight...felt strong!

    Another tough year at the pear! 4 min faster than last year but still not a PR and every mile hurt! Just couldn't get into a rhythm.

    It's amazing to see the progress..when I started doing tempo runs it took everything in me to go 8:40s, and I had to rest in the middle.
