Ran with Rudy on Saturday while he was visiting. Wanted to go Friday but it was pouring down rain when I wanted to go and didn't want to go in the 90 degree afternoon humidity. Felt decent but tight on this one because I ran a track workout Thursday. Basically a recovery run.
