      If I'm running after work, I have the highest success rate if I take my clothes with me and change at work when I'm leaving. That way I avoid coming home and facing all the temptations of laziness.

      Knees are goofy. Leaned on a chair with knee bent, went to put it down and it locked up. It's happened in the past but she's been able to straighten her leg. Now nothing. MRI tonight. Back to doctor Wednesday. Hoping for a simple procedure or even just PT. Will keep you posted.
