    Nice morning for a run, sun was out, nice cool breeze, felt clippy too. Didn't realize this was 4 miles until I checked. Didn't feel like it at all.

    Fast Strong Blast 4.25 mi

    10 min warmup then a mile at 5K pace. Hit each quarter at 2min so really happy. Then 10 min at tempo. Went by feel. Then a fast 300. About a 10-12 min cool down. One week till state. We're ready.
