    Bad. Too many people to try and get around. And I felt a sharp pain in my ankle at the 1.5 mark so I stopped. Despite tonight's run, my vacation in Virginia Beach has been great so far!

      Great ride Heather. I'm becoming more of a fan of cycling as well ... with a sometimey left knee & achilles ... riding many times works better for me than running.
