    Oh my goodness, it was a gorgeous day for a ride. Perfect autumn blue sky, no clouds, great temperature. Legs were pretty tired from the long run the day before, so this was a little struggle.

    Long run on a pretty loop with a friend. It rained lightly on us for the first 4 miles or so, then we had a mix of sun and clouds. We were super happy to see a small park with an outhouse at mile 6.

    It was cold and windy this morning. Run was fine.

    Couple miles warmup, then 5 x two minutes at 10K pace, 2 minutes easy jog, then a mile or so cool down.
