      Nice job Heather!! It's so hard to hit your exact goal pace!! I almost always run mine too fast too but I figure too fast is better than too slow ;)

      I think too fast may be okay on training runs but I know (from my own painful experience) that it's easy for me to start out too fast on race day and not be able to sustain it till the end.
