    Run with a friend and my dog through campus and Lincoln Park, including a mile on the track and a jaunt through the golf course.

    Left before sunrise with good bike lights and got in a very nice ride.

  5. I had a busy weekend though I didn't do any "official" exercise... 4 walks with the dogs, mowed and raked the yard, pruned some bushes, bathed the puppy, danced at a concert...

    This was a weirdly warm and humid ride. And, getting close to the end of my pre-work rides because it's just not getting light early enough any more.

    Two mountain bike rides this weekend! So happy. Rode with a friend on a fun trail with lots of pretty wildflowers.

    A nice trail ride with my husband up on the Grand Mesa. Wildflowers, creek crossings, a little mud, hanging out at the top of the Powderhorn ski lift, a good day.
