    They have those precore eliptical machines just like I used to always go on at Crunch! Ah, the memories. Precore and some swiss ball exercizes, streching, and that was enough.

    Two 1/2 pull ups, so one pull up with a jump and then one pull up from about half way between a dead hang and up. If I do them every day I can't not get better.

    Went to the gym that is in my building complex to do 10 min running 1 set weights, 10 min run 2 set weights, 10 min run 3 sets weights (lighter!) 10 min eliptical.

      Prepare the yellow jersey. Cecilia has some new competition. And Rafi too. They are both bikram fans. The heat is amazing isn't it? I hope you'll stick with it.
